With COVID-19 restricting our lives, there is no excuse to stop exercising. Our online Pilates classes are run at lunchtimes and evenings so you can take part in the comfort and safety of your home.
These classes are perfect if you are working from home sitting at a desk all day.
All classes are small, welcoming and tailored to your individual needs. They are delivered clearly online by Jane who is an experienced Pilates teacher and highly professional. Jane is encouraging whether you are a beginner or someone who has been doing Pilates for years. Her ability to adapt the moves means you can still be doing an advanced challenging move in the same class as a beginner.
While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Online Pilates Classes are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment. All information (whether in text or photographs) is given in good faith but should not be relied upon as being a statement of representation or fact.
This course is for those interested in understanding and recognising a range of different mental health condition, including signs and symptoms.
