Make Your Drawings Move - Animation Session
In this session we will create a 2D hand-drawn whiteboard animation and an ‘old school’ flip-book animated sequence inspired by the Jock McFadyen Goes to the Pictures exhibition with animation artist Louise Wilde. Participants will be required to download a free animation app onto a smart phone ahead of this session as this will allow for sequences to be animated in-class. Alternatively participants can bring along a digital camera. Examples of animation apps include ‘iMotion’ for iOS (iPhones) and Stop Motion Studio for both Android and iOS.
Families and children aged 8yrs+.
