Although often referred to as the rib 'cage', this area is far from rigid - find out how the ribs and spine can become more moveable. In this Zoom workshop we will use the subtly powerful floor-based movement lessons of the Feldenkrais Method®, which aim to increase your awareness of how you move, act, think and feel. Suitable for all abilities, although you must be able to get down to the floor and again unaided.
