You will be invited to a live Zoom session at the below class time and be given access to the recording for a week to repeat again as many times as you wish. You will also receive a recording (available for 7 days) of the same class type hosted by another YogaBellies teacher so you get two classes/week for the price of one! You will have access to our YogaBellies Sanctuary Facebook group with support, freebies and regular live streams (eg. meditations) from YogaBellies teachers throughout the UK. You will also receive a weekly email for your first block with free meditations, breathing techniques, video clips, routines etc to aid you in your home practice.
YogaBellies for Mum and Baby! - Wednesdays 10:45am-12 -£73 for 6 weeks (+1 week free)
• These classes are a perfect blend of yoga for mum and yoga stretches with songs for baby! We will help you ease back into exercise safely and focus on the back, abs and pelvic floor to help bring back your strength and stamina. You will also learn breathing techniques and relaxation to help depleted energy levels. Suitable for any level, even if you've never tried yoga before, from 6 weeks after a natural delivery and 8-10 weeks after a c-section.
YogaBellies for Pregnancy - Wednesday 7pm - 8:15pm - £98 for 8 weeks (+ 2 weeks free!)
• Nurturing, flowing yoga classes to help you bond with your baby and prepare for birth. You will learn yoga postures safe for pregnancy and modifications to help with any pregnancy aches and pains. We will discuss how to prepare for your birth, teach you breathing techniques you can use to prepare for labour and birth and have a beautiful, calming guided relaxation to end the class. Yoga for Women - Wednesday 8:30pm- 9:30pm - £88 for 8 weeks (+ 2 weeks free!)
• Luna by YogaBellies is a unique, flowing style of women's yoga created specifically to target and balance those female hormonal fluctuations. These classes are suitable for any level, even if you've never tried yoga before. We will have plenty of modifications to help tailor your yoga practice to you. You will learn breathing techniques to help relax you and ease life's stresses. We will end with a relaxation for the body and mind to leave you feeling refreshed and energised.
Note: Once the lockdown is lifted, some classes may remain online and some will resume at Wardie Parish Church, Trinity, Edinburgh. You can still book into LIVE classes even if you won't be able to attend in person later down the line. All bookings will be honoured.
Please contact me with any questions. When you book you'll pay a non-refundable deposit to YogaBellies and the balance for your block is due to me by your first class. Blocks are rolling so your block can start as soon as a space is available. Please let me know when booking if there are any dates you cannot make due to holidays etc. and I will amend your class dates. Unfortunately missed classes cannot be carried over.
