Fighting the power never tasted so sweet.
Hot Brown Honey are a posse of phenomenal women unapologetically smashing stereotypes as they celebrate our similarities and differences in an explosion of colour, culture and controversy. The Honeys make a welcome return to the capital with their customary sass and spectacle, turning up the heat with their smash-hit, firecracker of a show.
Set in a dazzling beehive and with lighting, music and costumes that are bound to set the Traverse stage alight, Hot Brown Honey is an extraordinary production that spins tradition on its head, going above and beyond to challenge boundaries and embrace resilience.
The Honeys will make you laugh til you cry, you’ll clap your hands til they bleed and you’ll shake every part of what your mama gave you!
This show is taking part in our £1 Tickets project.
