About Meditation and Service in the New Age

4 week Sunday course from 8th to 29th March

Meditation and Service in the New Age - an introduction to Transmission Meditation and the Ageless Wisdom

Meditation and Service are the authentic means of developing a deeper awareness of the nature and purpose of life and are the age-old tools that enable us to evolve in a more conscious and directed way.

Transmission Meditation has been designed for humanity at this stage in our evolutionary development as we enter the New Age, to enable us to meditate and to be of service to the world, with only a little expenditure of time and effort required.

Learn how to practice this simple form of group meditation that provides a dynamic and effective field of planetary service in this 4-week introductory course.

Information relating to the history and the underlying spiritual philosophy of Transmission Meditation – The Ageless Wisdom – will be given, and a basic understanding of the purpose of meditation, in general, will also be provided.

Limited to 12 participants. The course is suitable for beginners and no previous experience of meditation is required.

The course is free to attend and is run by voluntary co-workers with the Edinburgh Transmission Meditation Group. (Donations are welcome to cover room hire costs.)
