Time to slow down, breathe and be present
A contemplative and creative workshop suitable for all photographic levels. Focus your mind on the present moment and develop your ability to really ‘see’ the beauty that is all around you.
The workshop will consist of an introduction to mindful photography, followed by gentle meditation and yoga exercises to connect with body, mind and breath. We will then walk...mindfully. During this time we will focus on breath work and ‘clear’ seeing - seeing fresh and vivid images - and create some mindful photography.

Mindful walking to take place by The Water of Leith accessed a few minutes walk away from OMH Therapies.
