Upcycled Bookbinding: French Link Stitch

About Upcycled Bookbinding: French Link Stitch

I'll bring all the materials you need to make an A6 book and there'll be lots of opportunity to personalise with decorative papers.

We'll use my 'go to' Flat White paper for the main body of your book, which is made from recycled coffee cups - great for watercolour, sketching and note taking. This book opens up nice and flat and has a good amount of pages making it suitable to use as a sketchbook, photo album, guest book or personal journal.

I'm passionate about re-purposing materials and making the craft of bookbinding fun and accessible - so expect an informal atmosphere, lots of guidance and a cuppa on hand to sip while you stitch.

Booking via eventbrite website link above.

Please note: this workshop is held in my converted shipping container artists studio, which can fit a maximum of 6 participants. Unfortunately the venue is not fully accessible for wheelchair or powerchair users, please get in touch if you have any questions.

Location: Meanwhile in Leith, Edinburgh EH6 8NR

*Full details of how to access my studio will be provided once you have booked, prior to the workshop.

**Spaces on this class are limited and there will be no refunds or transfers once a booking has been made, unless your place can be filled from a waiting list, in which case the full fee will be refunded. If the workshop is cancelled for any reason, you will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.**
