Henrick’s Bar presents Ginthusiasts, a series of gin-centric seminars for lovers of mother’s ruin. Join us once a month as we delve into the history and evolution of a different and much-loved gin, perhaps uncovering the odd untold anecdote or family secret along the way.
Guests will be offered a welcome cocktail on arrival before being invited to try four expressions of the chosen gin, accompanied by paired snacks or edible cocktails. Learn how to distinguish the various expressions of this beloved spirit, discover how it’s made, and pick up the jargon to blag your way with the experts.
All tickets include a welcome cocktail on arrival, 4 tastings and 2 paired snacks or edible cocktails. Sessions run for 90 minutes, monthly at Henrick’s bar.
While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Ginthusiasts are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment. All information (whether in text or photographs) is given in good faith but should not be relied upon as being a statement of representation or fact.
Join us at The Palace of Holyroodhouse every Friday in September, for a short talk with readings exploring how Walter Scott portrayed the Jacobite cause in his novels!
