This day is designed as an immersive experience, inviting you to get into your flow in a facilitated, supportive setting. The venue lends itself well to finding a peaceful space just for you, and has been described as an ‘oasis of calm’ and a ‘spa for the soul’ at other events I’ve hosted here.
Pick up a pen and paper and transport yourself to a world of imagination where you can go anywhere you choose. Experience meditations and activities to increase the impact of your writing. Learn about yourself and what matters most in your life in a way that you can expect to feel inspired to continue afterwards. Be inspired and supported by the others in the group as you share your experiences with each other.
Previous participants said they discovered ‘hidden depths’ and ended up writing about things they never imagined at the start. The words keep flowing and there is a therapeutic effect of expressing whatever comes up.
Writing can bring many benefits including wellbeing, focus, feeling grounded and more connected, and feeling lighter. With a whole day invested in yourself, and on this special ‘extra’ day (as it’s a leap-year), what have you got to lose!
