On this packaging-conscious Introduction to shampoo and skincare making workshop with Jenny from The Scottish Soapworks, you will combine learning new skills with treating yourself to a relaxing day in our welcoming, home-based workshop space creating a personal pamper kit.
You will learn about the properties of The Scottish Soapworks shampoo bars, lip balms and creams. You will mould a selection of travel-friendly shampoo bars - an eco-friendly, plastic-free option to bottled shampoos; blend a rich, carrot oil Vitamin C cream; and pot up a beeswax lip balm. All made with pure essential oils and natural flavourings and colours.
Once your shampoo bars have set, you will collate your shampoo and skincare products to create a personal pamper pack perfect for travelling, and ready to re-fill.
The price includes access to all the equipment you will need, all materials, welcome refreshments and a buffet style lunch. Following the workshops, you will be emailed a set of workshop handouts so that you are able to make your own refills at home.
Please note that The Arienas Collective experiences are run from a first-floor space and unfortunately we do not have lift access.
