These Pregnancy Yoga classes provide a calm, friendly and safe environment for you to connect to your body, your baby and your breath throughout pregnancy. Gentle yet challenging stretching and strengthening exercises are combined with breath work, meditation and relaxation techniques to prepare your body and mind for childbirth and early motherhood.
8 week block bookings only, can be used over a 9 week period. Drop in option only available during final few weeks leading up to due date.
