Are you a small business owner or entrepreneur? Could you benefit from investing time in your development?
Whether it's business planning, personal or professional goals and aspirations, you can expect to feel motivated and inspired for a successful year in 2020.
This facilitated workshop is creative, fun, interactive, and people who have come along in the past said it refreshed their thinking and brought new energy to their work. Other words used were “inspiring”, “highly recommended”, “amazing”, and “powerful”.
We will be using coaching tools and techniques which are proven to bring out the best of your unique gifts and talents, and help you to connect with your passion and purpose. This learning can also be used to build relationships with clients, as well as having a positive impact on work/life balance and clarity about the way forward.
Small businesses are an important part of the national economy, yet few benefit from the type of development those of us from the corporate world have experienced. Being self-employed since 2015, I know how Important and valuable it is to plan ahead, and to get together with others who are motivated to do the same.
In the past few years I have worked with great organisations like Business Gateway and Firstport, and networking groups, who support small businesses, social enterprises, and entrepreneurs. For this workshop I have packaged up the highlights, focusing on the things where people are still coming back with positive feedback years later.
Topics will include:
+Reviewing various aspects of your business which are critical for success
+ Prioritising areas for development, with clear goals and actions
+ Coaching activities to build clarity, commitment, and confidence
+ Networking and sharing learning – a great way to accelerate your development and build connections
+ How to stay resilient, with greater awareness of the strengths and experience you already have. I will also share a meditation which is a great way to start the working day.
All participants will receive an exclusive voucher for 20% discount off three one-to-ones. I have consistently found that this blend of group work and individual support deepens the impact of the development work and increases focus and accountability.
