Edinburgh’s only festival dedicated to health, fitness & wellbeing

Edinburgh Wellbeing Festival brings together some of the biggest names in the wellness industry to deliver a weekend of talks, classes and workshops to help us lead healthier and happier lives.

What to expect:

- Fascinating and informative conversations on managing stress, mental health, healthy eating, parenting, mindfulness and more.

- Classes for all levels from yoga and pilates to HIIT and meditation from professional instructors and charity partners.

- Talks and workshops are designed to give you tips and tools for healthy eating, nourishment and brain training, skincare and fitness.

- A Wellbeing Marketplace featuring wellness products, free health MOT’s, massage and delicious food.
