On 9th November 2019 the Alexandra's Family Fund is holding an exclusive event with original pieces from artists Damian Callan and Richie Collins along with smaller pieces from local Scottish artists and photographer.
The evening will consist of entry to the Grand Hall of the Scottish National Portrait Gallery, welcome drinks & canapé.
A chance to speak with the artists and view the pieces being auctioned and hear from one of the art curators from the gallery. An auction & luxury raffle will take place upstairs in the Ramsey room, followed by drinks and an appetiser menu being catered for by the Heritage Catering Company (they cater for the Royal Garden Party). Guests will be able to bid on the original pieces and then be taken on a tour of the Modern Portrait Exhibition if they wish.
All the monies are for a charitable cause and go directly to MDUK, Alexandra's Family Fund which gives monies to families with muscle wasting condition known as facioscapulahumeral Muscular Dystrophy, which the organiser of the event and her family are affected by, supporting the advocacy and research the charity supports.
Open to public but is a ticketed event.
Location: Ramsey Room at the Scottish National Portrait Gallery
