Wednesday 1st July - Picture Perfect
Photography is a great way to encourage us to see the beauty of our surroundings.
Bring along a smartphone or point and click camera and take a look at Holyrood Park from a whole new angle. Aimed at ages 10-14yrs.
Wednesday 8th July - Nettle Craft
Love them or hate them, stinging nettles are an important part of the Scottish landscape and have been used by people for a long time. Come and learn about their many uses and benefits, from soup to string! Aimed at ages 10-14yrs.
Wednesday 15th July - Bawsinch Birding
Bawsinch Nature Reserve is a very special place overlooking Duddingston Loch.
Join the rangers for an exploration of this hidden gem and make use of the bird hides. What will you spot? Aimed at ages 10-14yrs
Wednesday 22nd July - Summit Challenge
Join the rangers for a hike to the summit of Arthur's Seat, completing a number of team challenges along the way.

Wednesday 29th July - Celtic Tree Stories
Trees are important for biodiversity but they are also a source of a lot of folklore. Join the rangers as we explore some of our favourite Celtic tree stories. Suitable for ages 10-14yrs

Bees are an immensely important part of our ecosystems. Find out what the rangers are doing to encourage bee numbers and take part in a bee survey.

Wednesday 12th August - Lotions and Potions
Since ancient times people have used plants for their health benefits.
Join the rangers to discover a range of medicinal plants and have a go at making a balm to take away. Aimed at ages 10-14yrs.
