We're about a lot more than just swimming at The Royal Commonwealth Pool, and our Adults Open Morning is a great opportunity to get a feel for what we have to offer.

Our free taster sessions are open to all, and we'll even throw in a free lunch afterwards - a great chance to meet our team have a catch up with fellow classmates.

Lunch 12.00 - 13.00

Classes are suitable for all fitness levels, whether you are a regular or this is your first ever class!
