LeithLate, Cinetopia and Leith Theatre present a sing-a-long screening of the musical jukebox film Sunshine on Leith. Featuring the hits of The Proclaimers, this part-screening-part-gig will include live music from Riley Briggs (Aberfeldy) and friends after the film.

Sunshine on Leith is a romantic musical released in 2013, directed by Dexter Fletcher. It follows the story of two friends returning from the army and settling back into life in sunny Leith. Get yer singing voice ready, as the soundtrack is crammed with The Proclaimers' best tunes. You won't be able to resist tapping your toes and singing along!

The film is rated PG and will be subtitled throughout in English. Food and drink will be available during the event. Doors open 7pm, screening starts at 7.30pm. Book tickets in advance with our new pay-what-you-can ticket scheme.

This event is part of LeithLate's Leith100 programme, supported by City of Edinburgh Council and Baillie Gifford, which marks 100 years since the amalgamation of Leith with the City of
