About William Jack - Solo Cello

Free lunchtime concert in Edinburgh featuring progressive solo cello music.

Hailing from Adelaide, William Jack is a London based cellist/guitarist/songwriter who explores multiple genres and styles of performing. William utilises his classical, rock and jazz background to create an unconventional progressive style of string playing. He has played in concert halls and live music venues across the world including the Musikverein in Vienna and the Sydney Opera House. William is fortunate to have been guided by world renowned artists such as Giovanni Sollima, Thomas Demenga, David Geringas, Stephan Braun and Wen-Sinn Yang.

His music is available on major music platforms including Spotify and Apple Music.
