Public Reading: A Christmas Carol

About Public Reading: A Christmas Carol

Charles Dickens’ Christmas classic is brought to life in this live reading. Join us in the atmospheric third floor Minister’s Chamber for a cup of fruit punch and some Victorian sweet treats before listening to Dickens’ festive ghost story. The evening follows a long tradition of public readings of the work, started by Dickens himself and the text was abridged by the author for the purposes of being read aloud. Recommended age: 9+.

This reading is brought to you by Not Cricket Productions in association with The National Trust for Scotland.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Public Reading: A Christmas Carol are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
