This Postnatal Yoga class mainly focuses on easing mum's achy body and regaining her strength, whilst baby enjoys the sounds and interaction of other babies. Practicing yoga with your baby helps the two of you bond and have some special time together, as baby can be incorporated into most of the moves.
These classes can also provide a safe space for you to just 'be' with baby, whilst being surrounded by other mums who are having the same experiences as you.
Recommended for mum's following on from their six week GP check (12 weeks in c-section or medical intervention) until baby starts to walk.
Six week block bookings only, can be used over an 8 week period.
