About Wemyss Ware Exhibition

The Wemyss Ware Exhibition is an exciting exhibition created by The Victor Murphy Trust.

Wemyss Ware is still hugely popular today and is one of the most collected of all the Scottish potteries (it's a known favourite of the Royal family).

The exhibition will show off the beautiful Wemyss Ware ceramics that the Victor Murphy Trust has collected over the years, as well as provide the background to some of the most interesting pieces. During the course of the exhibition there will be talks by leading experts in the field, providing even more of an insight into the pieces. Experts from the Trust will also be available to answer any questions and give a bit more information about the collection and the work of the Trust in general.

This exciting event is likely to appeal to anyone with an interest in pottery and in Scotland in general.

Location: French Institute for Scotland, W Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RF
