If you suffer from back or neck pain, this free information event is for you.

Consultant Neurosurgeon, Mr Andreas Demetriades will give a relaxing and engaging presentation covering the most common reasons for neck and back pain.

He will discuss the options for self-management of pain and when it is appropriate to seek further help. Also, he will outline the help that can be offered through physiotherapy and other conservative options available. Finally, if other options have been tried and proved unsuccessful, he will discuss the surgical procedures for back pain, neck pain and slipped disks.

Mr Demetriades will cover what you can expect from treatment at Spire Edinburgh Hospitals - from the patient journey and timescales for consultations and diagnosis, to how a mutual decision is reached for your individualised treatment options.
