About Varicose Vein and Thread Vein Information Event

Consultant Vascular Surgeon, Mrs Phillipa Burns will present on the causes of varicose veins. She will take you through the patient journey to diagnosis and treatment at Spire Edinburgh Hospitals and will discuss new, minimally invasive treatments that are available to remove them.

Specialist nurse, Mrs Jane McCallum will then present on treatment options for thread veins.

There’ll be light refreshments, information to take away and plenty of opportunity to ask questions in a relaxed environment.

The talk will last approximately 40 minutes with ample opportunity to ask questions afterwards.
