Transcendental Meditation is a simple, natural, effortless technique practised 20 minutes twice a day while sitting comfortably. It enables mind and body to access a special quality of rest. Over ten million people of all ages, cultures and religions have learnt TM. Anyone can learn!(further info at uk.tm.org/central-scotland)
This introductory talk is a free briefing session which is a pre-requisite to taking the course but there is no obligation to learn.
In this session, you will find out:
-Why anyone can practise TM
-What benefits you can realistically expect
-How TM differs from other meditations
-What happens during TM
After the info session you can have a personal chat with a certified TM teacher.
