About Workplace Pensions: Engaging and Supporting Employees

Do pensions better: Hear direct from financial services experts, Pension Wise and a University of Edinburgh researcher on how you can improve pension provision for your employees.

Dr Lynne Robertson-Rose of the University of Edinburgh introduces a one-hour seminar helping you increase pension scheme engagement. She will share the latest research on how employer practices influence employees’ financial behaviour.

Panel discussion will feature:

• Ed Owens of Pension Wise, the government’s pension advice service
• Jamie Jenkins, Head of Global Savings Policy at Standard Aberdeen
• Gavin Marshall, Senior Financial Wellbeing Consultant at HSBC
• Manuel Peleteiro, fintech specialist and CEO of Inbest

Evidence shows that poor financial wellbeing can lead to reduced productivity and increased staff turnover. This event will explore issues facing employers and point you to further sources of support and advice.

The discussion will be followed by refreshments and networking.
