Folk Cruise: Firth of Forth

About Folk Cruise: Firth of Forth

After a sell-out musical events programme in 2018, Maid of the Forth, the family-run sightseeing cruise on the Firth of Forth, has announced its hotly anticipated sunset cruises for 2019.

The hugely popular Folk Cruise programme launches on 17 May. Passengers can enjoy live music from Scottish folk band, Pure Malt, on the 3-hour cruise, which is an annual sell out. Resident folk band Pure Malt, who have been playing on the Maid since 2009, will perform a whole host of traditional and contemporary Scottish and Irish folk music, with the chance to sing-a-long and make requests. BBQ steaks and vegetarian options are also available along alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased from Maid’s bar.

The Folk Cruise will also run 14 June, 9 and 30 July, 6 and 13 August. Tickets cost £20 per adult, £17 concessions with steak supper a £8 supplement.

Tickets for the Maid of the Forth Folk Cruises can be booked online at www.maidoftheforth.co.uk or by calling 0131 331 5000.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Folk Cruise: Firth of Forth are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
