In this 2.5 hour workshop, you will learn:
• the authentic philosophy of ancient tantric teachings
• experiencing yourself as an energetic being
• demo on how energy can be harnessed to heal the body
• demo on how tantra revitalises, rejuvenates and empowers
• demo on how tantric hatha yoga is a detox and energiser
• discussion on tantric meditations for energising
• Mel's personal journey and experiences in tantra
• AND, of course, how to experience orgasmic energy
