Gala Week Stories

About Gala Week Stories

Enjoy storytelling, singing, reminiscence and crafts with tea and cake, hosted by the Elderwise storytellers.

Come and share memories of these special celebrations and explore some of the older festivals and traditions which inspire them.

We will be bringing out the bunting on Monday, crowning a Queen O’ the May on Tuesday and delighting in the power of flowers on Wednesday and Thursday.

Each day will feature different stories and tellers so come to one or all!

Part of Luminate and the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Gala Week Stories are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
