Get ready for sky-high adventures! Today marks the official opening of SKY MAZE, the new 5th element to Fort Douglas adventure playground. Built around the historic trees in Fort Douglas, this new play space is designed to bring our playground of the past back to life. Adventurers young and old can enjoy the maze of twisting, turning walkways, treehouses, ramps, rope bridges, see through walkways and HUGE slides!

Fort Douglas is designed to set young imaginations alight. Over our launch weekend you’ll also find a range of free additional activities and a fancy dress competition with a prize for the best dressed. Come as a pirate, princess, king, queen, prince, knight, astronaut – any adventurer past or present you think would love Sky Maze! You’ll also find:

• Make pirate paper boats
• Create your own wand
• Design a Sky Maze Clay Creature
• Build a spaghetti Sky Maze structure
• Face painting from 11am to 3pm
• Make a swashbuckling balloon sword

The activities will run from 10.30am – 3.30pm. Simply sign up from the cabin on entry to get your activity wristband (15 children limit for each session on a first come first served basis).

Please note in the event of bad weather some of these activities may change.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Fort Douglas Sky Maze Launch Weekend are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
