Author and illustrator Deborah Malcolm knows the struggles of anxiety first-hand. Her new, thought-provoking wordless picture book, Uhm, explores a young girl's experience with anxiety. Come listen to Deborah talk about why she thinks it is important to talk about coping with anxiety at a young age. She'll also share mindfulness activities that you can take part in no matter what your age! An event aimed at families and children.
