About Art Salon

Join All The Young Nudes : Edinburgh at Jupiter Artland for some life drawing outside and amongst the art and sculptures which make up this amazing place just outside Edinburgh.

What's Happening? >

The format of the evening will be similar to our normal ATYN sessions. You need no prior drawing experience and our staff will be on hand to advise if you need some help. Materials and drawing boards are all supplied but of course feel free to bring your own too. We will have 2 models who will pose for us - and we shall draw!

Food & Drink? >

There will be cocktails and some snacks, but feel free to bring food along if you are coming straight from work. Please note, Jupiter's pop-up bar operates on a cash-only basis, so please bring cash with you.

Transport? >

The venue is a little bit out of Edinburgh so you can drive direct and park in the main car park or jump on the tram from Edinburgh city centre to Ingliston. We have organised shuttles from Ingliston tram stop straight to the venue from 5.45-6.15pm...This is only 3 pounds but should be booked in advance when booking your ticket on Jupiter Artland's website.

Art Salon 2 | Thursday 28th June:
For salon 2, we are delighted to welcome ATYN's house band, Neuro Trash! Neuro Trash make acoustic music that drifts between folk, classical and ambient, a perfect combination to get your creative juices flowing. At this session we will be sketching outside ON the land art. Yup. You want to be at this, we're telling you.

Art Salon 3 | Thursday 12th July:
We will be drawing in the grand ballroom, around Joana Vasconcelos's amazing sculpture - a huge spinning red heart. We will also be outside sketching around her huge sculptural shoe.'
