Have you ever wanted to be a weather presenter? This is your chance to be a weather detective in Holyrood Park; learn how to read the skies, look for clues in nature, figure out forecasts and investigate our wonderful Scottish weather. You’ll get the chance to complete a weather map, take part in our cloud spotting challenge and celebrate the elements! Perhaps you have noticed changes in our weather? Come and help us investigate what might be causing it and what we can do about it! This is the perfect event for all budding young meteorologists and their families to join the Dynamic Earth Learning Team in exploring our local outdoor spaces.
Participants must ensure that they are wearing suitable clothing to take part in this outdoor learning experience. These outdoor learning experiences are included with admission to the Dynamic Earth Exhibition and are free for Explorer Pass Holders. Booking is advice is essential, and will become available soon. Sessions available at 10:30 and 13:30 and last for approximately 2 hours.
