About The Art of Marketing & Sales (for creatives who hate selling): 1

So. You never really meant to be ‘an entrepreneur’ - you wanted to be an artist, designer or writer, but that turned out to mean being self-employed. You don’t want to become a slick marketing machine - you want to focus on the work that you love - but you need more income, otherwise you’re going to have to give up and go back to the soul-sucking 9-5.

You know more or less what you’re supposed to do to promote your business, but you’re trapped in a combination of overwhelm, procrastination and discomfort.

You want this business to work so much, but you don’t know how to get from where you are to where you want to be in a way that feels right to you.

The Art of Marketing & Sales will introduce you to a different kind of marketing and sales. Instead of broadcasting to the masses, you’re going to focus on building one relationship at a time, slowing down and having real conversations.

Instead of the pressure to sell, sell, sell, you’re looking to find the perfect fit – the person who already wants exactly what you have and doesn’t need to be convinced or persuaded about it.

In this workshop you’ll find out:

* What your real business strengths are (they may not be what you think)
* How to make the act of being of service the key to your long-term success in business
* How building deep, lasting relationships can lead to all the sales you’ll ever need

Your workshop host is Sophy Dale, business mentor. Sophy helps creative people build an ethical and sustainable business so they can earn good money while staying true to themselves.

This workshop is for creatives, and 'would be' creatives, who would welcome a new perspective on selling and marketing, and an opportunity to meet with like-minded people in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Price: £10 per person including refreshments.

Please note that The Arienas Collective experiences are run from a first-floor space and unfortunately we do not have lift access. Please inform us of any food preferences or allergies before booking.
