Beginners Meditation classes, starting on the 4th of October 6pm -7pm @ Gate 55, Sighthill, Edinburgh EH11 4PB.

Cost £9 per class

I have only 6 spaces available, there is adequate free car parking on site.

What is meditation?

Meditation is relaxation. It is not about concentration, it’s actually about de-concentration. It’s not about focussing one’s thoughts on one thing, but instead on becoming thoughtless.
