Led by Orla O’Loughlin, Traverse Artistic Director
Across two days participants will work with Orla O’Loughlin to explore the relationship between actors and directors in bringing new work to life.
Utilising previous Traverse Theatre Company texts, this masterclass shall develop skills for actors and directors in practically working together to facilitate positive and creative relationships in the rehearsal room.

This masterclass is geared towards directors and playwrights interested in exploring the process behind bringing a new text to the stage. Focussing on Traverse Theatre Company production How to Disappear, Gareth Nicholls will guide participants through his rehearsal process exploring textual analysis, character development and ultimately how we practically take a brand new commission from page to stage.
