About Beauty and the Beast

Beauty and the Beast

This year will be another great, new family pantomime full of songs, jokes and winter fun!

Long, long ago, in a large ominous looking castle in West Lothian, a selfie-stick obsessed and arrogant Prince called Sebastian was cursed to live for all eternity as a Beast for refusing to marry the Evil, yet exceedingly glamorous Witch, Veronica Venomossima. He has to find love before the final petal falls from the enchanted rose or he and his manservant, Alfred Sidekick, will remain in limbo for eternity. The spell can only be broken if Sebastian finds someone who can love him for who he really is...

Produced by Howden Park Centre. Written and directed by Martin McCormick. Image: Robin Robinson
