Hot smoked salmon with a Waldorf style salad
Ham hock terrine with piccalilli
Haggis spring rolls with chilli jam

Main Courses

Roast Breast of Chicken stuffed with Haggis
with mashed potatoes and whisky gravy
Seared fillet of Bream
spring onion mash and bouillabaisse style sauce
Vegetable & Lentil Sambar (v)
served with crumbled paneer and coriander rice
Buckstone Borders Beef Burger
topped with cajun mayo and Swiss cheese, with chunky chips
Roast Borders Beef
with Yorkshire puddings and traditional trimmings (£3 supplement)
Rosemary marinated lamb rump (cooked pink)
crushed potatoes, feta, lemon and green olive tapenade (£8 supplement)
