Spring is just around the corner, so this is the perfect time to start getting outside and enjoying the fresh air! Our 5k, with a gentle climb at the start, is perfect for all fitness levels. And if, like some of us in the office, you’d like a more mindful walk, why not take part in some of our activities whilst you walk. We’ll have groups looking at Photography, Writing, and exercise for wellbeing. So if you are keen on walking, or doing something creative, or a bit of both, this is for you.
The aim is to help raise awareness of mental health and the benefits of exercise and creativity. We ask everyone to raise in sponsorship a minimum of £25 (or you can just make the donation if you’d prefer).
