About Scotland’s Gardens - Humbie Dean

DESCRIPTION
A two acre ornamental and woodland garden at 600 feet under single-handed renovation and major extension since 2008. The aim is to provide interest throughout a long season. A limited palette of plants with Hosta, primula, meconopsis and spring bulbs; herbaceous and shrubaceous planting; bluebell meadow; mature and recent azalea and rhododendron planting. A short woodland walk has been created.

DIRECTIONS
Enter Humbie from A68, pass school and village hall on the left then immediately turn right into the lane. Take second left. Humbie Dean is on left between two small bridges.

OPENING
By arrangement 1 April - 31 July
