Gentle Yoga for a Healthy Lifestyle
The practice of gentle yoga helps to loosen tight muscles, strengthen your neural signals and build healthy tissues throughout the body.
It will be relatively gentle, slow and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style where they hold yoga poses longer.
Venue: Morningside Parish Church, 2 Cluny Gardens, Edinburgh EH10 6BQ
£13 for a single class
£50 for block of 5 classes
£80 for block of 10 classes
